The HTC Alliance consists of individuals, businesses, hospitality professionals within major hotels, food and beverage services, sales and marketing associations, tourism councils and other related organizations. Together, these groups focus on enhancing guest relations, promoting excellence in the hospitality disciplines and advancing the development of tourism.
The mission of the HTC Alliance and its subsidiary the International Concierge Alliance is to provide industry resources, education and training, economic and business development while promoting excellence and growth in the hospitality and tourism industry.
